TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS

By making an appointment with fresh as a daisy (colon care), you agree to observe our terms of booking as set out below;

You can pay for your treatment with cash or credit/debit card.

There is no surcharge for credit card payments.

Treatments lasting over 30 minutes will require a 50% non-returnable deposit to secure booking.

By paying with credit or debit card you acknowledge that a small percent of the amount you pay constitutes to our costs. Therefore, if you wish to obtain a refund for your prepayment, subject to satisfactory conditions, then we will deduct 5% of the amount paid by you to cover our direct costs.

The right to update and amend our list of treatments without notice is reserved

CANCELLATION POLICY

At least one working days notice is required for any appointment and unless fresh as a daisy (colon care) can fill that appointment time, then you shall be liable for half the cost of that treatment booked.
If you fail to attend for any treatment, then you will be liable for the full cost of that treatment.

In order not to inconvenience other clients, late arrivals may not receive the full length of their treatment booked. Try and arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your treatment.

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the treatment per person is required. By the signing the consent form you are signing to say that you understand that fresh as a daisy (colon care) has a cancellation policy.

COLON HYDROTHERAPY PACKAGES

All courses, without exception must be prepaid in full and taken within the time frame specified.

If you change your mind and you have already started on a course, then the remaining balance can be used towards an alternative treatment.

All courses and packages are non-transferable and non-refundable.
